In order to be declared eligible for prize consideration;
- Sheets must be filled in completely.
- Must show proof of age and be over 21.
- Employees of BlackFinn are eligible to play, but are not eligible to win prizes.

Scoring
Points will be awarded for correctly guessing the winner of each game.
Points per round are as follows:
- Round 1 - 1 point
- Round 2 - 3 points
- Sweet 16 - 5 points
- Elite 8 - 7 points
- Final Four - 10 points
- Championship Game - 20 points
- Tie Breaker 1 - Total points in Championship Game
- Tie Breaker 2 - Total teams in Final Four
- Tie Breaker 3 - Total teams in Sweet Sixteen
- Tie Breaker 4 - Total wins in first round
- Tie Breaker 5 - Coin flip
